The windshield washers stopped working. There is fluid in the reservoir. Any ideas?

this just happened to me and I've yet to actually look to see whats up but from what people have told em on here it could be the pump for the washer fluid. If you have someone try the windsheild washers while you put your ear to the pass. side front wheel you should hear it doing something, if not then the pump isn't working.

I have not looked yet; how do I get to the pump? From inside the engine compartment, or do I pull the liner in the fender?

from what I've seen you don't remove the whole fender you just remove the liner and it should be accessible from there.
