Got a question for ya, whats the plus or minus to the 160 and 180 t-stat? One have different performance effect then the other?

I run 180* all year round, im thinking of switching to a 160* for summer. It depend on what climate you live in. You don't want to run a 160* if u live in a cold climate cuz then your car would never warm up. For reference the stock one is a 195*.
