Ok, but these are used Hypertech #32002 $127.00 shipped (on eBay).

Hypertech Programmer (32002)- GM 5.7L V8 and GM 3.8L V6

Still haven't heard back from Hypertech but I have confirmed identical GM PCM # 9380717 for both vehicles, well at least for both 2000 GTP and 2000 Regal GS.

Will post Hypertech's response if still sounds interesting.
