the first pics of the 3 wire plug, the plug looks like a GM plug but does not look like OE loom material...that could be for a autometer electric fuel pressure sender so that is certainly possible
check for power& ground on each terminal KOEO and KOER

from what i was seeing in my service manuals, i was wondering if it might have been the evap/purge plug.... that's why i was wondering what the wire colors were.
