So I realize that this is my 1st post, but I felt obligated to chime in with my .02, as I just went through this same thing. It seemed to me that the "low" and "high" beams were reversed, and I had heard of such things happening with other LED options. the solution for me was to reverse the pins on the connection for high and low beam. this couldn't be done on the bulb side because of the way the harness is sealed, but on the vehicle side, I was able to pop out the 2 outermost pins on the car's 9007 connector for either headlight & swap them (see crude diagram- (1)(2)(3)==>(3)(2)(1) ). Now, assuming the bulb is alligned in the housing properly, the low beam is the low beam, and the high beam is the high beam. no weird issues with the high beam indicator, and appropriately bright on both settings!
