I tried understanding your quote above, but I have to beg to differ about with your idea.

I am not quite sure where in the "mount" you are referring to place the ABS coupler, but the line leading from the hub to the ABS coupler is only about 3" long. There is not a lot of play to move it anywhere else on the wheel or strut mount assembly. Where the metal bracket is located it is up and away from the CV Boot, its unfortuately in direct line of fire if the CV boot blows out, like mine did. I just cleaned up the grease and reconnected it without issues.

I personally wouldn't recommend using epoxy or RTV to mount the coupler anywhere else, but where it is.
