My ABS system has been acting up lately (randomly engages, even when I am on the gas pedal at times). Not to mention, I turn traction control off every time I get in the car.

Has anyone deleted their entire ABS module? It will help me eliminate my current brake issue, remove the big module/bracket assembly from the bay, and eliminate some weight. Do they sell any adapters that can transfer the line pressure from the two outlet lines on the brake booster to the 4 brake lines running to each corner/brake assy. of the car?

If anyone has done this, please feel free to post pictures or info. Thanks!

or unplug the electronic portion of your abs module, brakes will still work just fine, just not the abs portion

I planned on doing that (unplugging it). But still hoping to delete the entire module to eliminate weight and clutter from the bay. I like the non-ABS module idea, just need to find the right one and make sure I don't screw anything up installing it!

not all grand prix's came with abs, so just find one that didn't and get that master cylinder.

I pulled my ABS fuse a few years back when I was having issues..... the A/C is part of that circuit. I chose messed up ABS over no A/C. LOL

Oh, and all the warning lights stayed off while the fuse was out.
