You can tape one seam at a time on the outside and watch the inside.
You can turn the fan on high and soap bubble it like a tire.
You can close a slip of paper in the door at different places to see where its loose.
You can buy new door scalp moldings and / or door weatherstrips.
You can lift the back of the door to see if theres play in the hinge resulting in improper door position.
You can confirm or dismiss the many door problems that can cause this issue. PB is funkin or I'd post a pic.
You can use butyl rubber in the form of ribbon sealer inside the flange groove of the door weatherstrip.
You can smoothly trim away the torn part and apply appropriately sized peel and stick round or oval universal weatherstripping along the top of the door.
You can trim the torn part away nicely and apply an appropriately sized 90 degree angled universal vinyl molding to the roof side panel in a manner which allows the door scalp to pass under it with a slight overhang or flush when closed.
