Started with a 200Kish car, started modding around 230K, sold it with nearly 300K miles.... Just headers, HAI, 3.6 pulley drop, tune. Pretty mild, probably only 250WHP.

I would say that at a mild mod level like that with no KR and proper tuning, there is barely any meaningful engine wear increase. Your maintenance habits will likely have a much greater effect on engine life.
