Yeah I'll probably put some ls7 lifters in if I notice more issues. Rather not cam my car yet lol.

New nicopp brake lines on the impala for both rear brakes. All the way from the abs module to the hoses. Nice and easy job with my hydraulic flaring tool. Did both double flares and bubble flares with it. Plus nicopp is bent all by hand.

Lol but it's hard to drive with a busted line. This time the low brake fluid light came on and warned us before it completely blew.
I did my 02's line last year, but my 06 has nylon coated lines from the factory, they'll never rust.

The lines after a year, not shiny anymore.

    The 06. They're black

It's like only being able to hit the brakes with one finger lol. How hard you can press with a finger is about as hard as you can stop with a busted line.

Hydraulic one is easy to use when you know how it works. Pretty effortless and you can use it in tight spots on the car. Saves time like that. I never really used any others on a car. I messed with the bar style a few times.

the only reason I changed out the line is because the rear locked up and swung around on a wet day with my son in there with me. I was pretty scared knowing that it happened when I had my son with me.

Not me.... THE MANNN did something to my car. They seized it! F****S!!! ARRRGGHHHH!! [insert MANY EXPLETIVES!!! here]
Kids! Don't be like me! Pay your parking tickets. Damn City of Chicago. It's in Cook County, a.k.a. Crook County. Bastards!
Damage you ask? $590.00 to free my baby. $490 in unpaid tickets (2 tix that doubled) + $100 boot fee.
I just went to City Hall and paid. They give you 24hrs after they apply the boot. If you don't take care of it, they tow it to the pound. So then you're stuck paying: Tickets + Boot + 160 tow + 50 per day at pound. Crazy....
Should be off my midnight, tonight.

Ehhh. Yeah. Parking is tight so they let that kinda over-the-line stuff slide. Park too close to a STOP sign, and yeah, then you get a ticket.
That there is my favorite spot though. First car out... No parallel parking, no twisting the wheel like a corkscrew over and over. This way I can fire it up, and peel out in a rage of smoke and fury. hahahaha
Parallel parking kills me sometimes. The racks of these cars suck, and mine is leaking already anyway. This favorite spot of mine is drenched with power steering fluid. LOL. It's marked
