You might wanna knock down any high spots in that gouge with a file or emory. Those seals a hard enough to get in without protrusions where it seats.

I'll make sure to do that bandook, my clamp I had holding the cover to my workbench slipped and then that was the result lol.
Woah, did know you drove an impailer. Needs more tint for that murdered out look lol.
I have one window tintedGave up. I'm taking it to a shop. Already talked to the guy just have to get it across Columbus.
What % you going for? Something like this? lol dark as hell is what I call mine.

I'm thinking 35 front 20 back, but I would prefer 20 all around. State min is 50. I see a bunch of cars around that are at least 20 so maybe the city is lax with this law.

they are...until they pull you over , or WANT to pull you over . depends on the cops mood at the time. buddy of mine got pulled over and the cop gave him a repair order. only had the tint on for 2 months and had to take it back off. can't recall what he paid to get it done but he was pissed...lol
had to remove the tint on a car i used to own because they wouldn't let it slide thru inspection.
I swead the rear windows are darker than the fronts.

Yay, email from amazon. They are sending me another axle seal for free. Saved me 8 bucks lol
So I guess you came to the conclusion the cover is cracked/deformed?
Nope, just ruling out the guy who replaced the bushing on the cover didn't mess it up pressing it in. Just need to aquire another axle and visit a friend to help me install.
So everything will be replaced that could ever cause it to leak. I think I'll let mine leak lol. It just accumulates a drip every other day or so
I've come to the conclusion that we're all cracked and deformed, lol.
Drove the loud one to work, no adventures except a stoplight interrogation by a 3800 Imp guy. Must be getting old, I'm beginning to have muff replacement thoughts. Trouble is, what to use? I can't stand empty box muffs but my 30" bullet glasspacks can't have any good stuffing left after 15 yrs, 100K.
Pretty much yeah and it better fix it, I'm still convinced its that damn axle, because after the guy messed with the axle the leak slowed way down. He was convinced the axle is fine but its either the bushing, lower mounts, upper mounts. And for $200 for a new cover, yeah nah used parts ftw.
