New mounts in the minivan. Old ones didn't look terrible, but a major difference in feel with the new ones. No more (not so good) vibrations.

That trans mount was cooked, lots of cracks.
Yea. Crazy part is, I did the trans mount first cause that one looked the worst. Fired it up to get a feel and it made little to no difference. When I did the motor mount, all the vibration was gone. Smooth like an Olds should be. I wonder if the wife will even notice....
Sold my old wheels for 240, guy was so nervous he was shaking like crazy. But yay money
Better make sure the money is real.
Probably is, guy was like 18 or so with his short mexican looking friend. They were in an eclipse hopefully the wheels fit it lol.
And the cruze acted up again throwing the same codes. I determined it having to be my OBD adapter and torque causing communication issues withen the cars computer stuff. Because it only acted up when i had my adapter plugged in. Which probably means it didn't need that new PCM but oh well didn't cost us anything.
Tuned a couple cars, rode in a vette for the first time today, and threw a 3.4 on the regal. 17* timing and not really any kr on the 3.4. I'd say it's happy.
GTP sat today, what a life. Ol thumpy made mower gas run, and is about to do another ritual bug-slaying session, woot. 69 GP headlights and brakes are better than 99. I guess airbags are more important than stopping and seeing because I know those damn thangs work. Had a buddy haul the 40th frame to my crib. Whipped out a tape measure and... aw well dang that was a waste! Its woppyjawed too. Quite badly. Rob agreed to have a go at the farm tractor type fix maybe next week. Thats control arm out of mount, then pull pull and weld if rip. Or if it won't go back where it needs to be, next options would be a section from the 40th frame or a salvage unit. You can bet I'll measure at the U-pull-it. I was more worried about getting that subframe out of the way at the shop than if it was good, so never got around to it until in the yard.
