Rear pads on the 05 GP, also bought the "cube". BTW Mobil rebate is in effect until 5/31/18. Various amounts based on what you purchase. I got a 5qt jug high mileage synthetic & extended perf oil filter for $33 plus tax. Gonna get $ 17 rebate. So all in around $ 18. Two rebates per household.
For the record : I am NOT a naked meth-head who shoves rocks up my butt.

Slapped a stubby cone air filter on the GTP for full whine during windows down weather. Last week I had the Catalina body at work up off the frame first time since I made the floor. It did not fold in half on the lift.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

Bought a trans, front brakes (rotors and pads), washer fluid, oil change, trans filter and wheel paint. Picked up my buddies atv jack to install the trans tomorrow when it's out of it's current car. Need to get some trans fluid and probably finish pulling trans tonight. The axles are out, ball joints separated, engine and trans mounts undone, bell housing bolts out except two, brakes removed since they are being replaced. Trans lines arrive tomorrow.
It'll be ready to sell by about Wed night when the air filter arrives. Already cleaned the interior and detailed the exterior.

Paid a visit to an LKQ salvage today. Didn't strike gold by any means but did leave with new clips for the doors, and trunk as well as a driver floor matte and center console lid and that tiny storage net in the trunk. There was a Bonne GXP w rims still attached to it that were super tempting, did'nt get em. Couldn't spend that much money.

Flipping a Grand Prix for spending money? How's it feel to be slumming it with a w-body in the garage again?

Fixed driver door lock in the GXP. It was a cut wire. I'm now stuck with a brand new lock actuator. =/

Well Brandon.. it's fun. Scotty told me to call you and ask for the loaner tool special on trans tools lol.
Got that trans on Tuesday and flipped it into the car. Had everything buttoned up except wheels and pulled the pan to find a piece of the forward band hanging out of the hole where it resides. Called place yesterday morning and then located another trans nearby. (05 Impala SC this time 80K). Drove the 40 mile round trip to get new trans, had buddy help me move that from truck to floor and broken trans back into truck to drive the 70 mile round trip to bring that back. Get back home and stuff this impala trans in, it's ready for a pan drop to do filter and then it'll get it's wheels back on it.
Hoping for the best.

Re-re-retinting tail lights. This time they'll be getting a thick clear coating.

If you have access to a compressor ( I used a Porter Cable pancake) pick up a Harbor freight purple HVLP gun. I used quart cans of duplicolor lacquer black and clear.
Tinted clear for a few coats then a lot of just clear after. The lacquer sets pretty quick so you can get it done quick.
Ideally urethane would be the way to go.

Ordered an LS6 intake manifold. Comes with fuel rail and injectors. Guess I'm finally doing the intake swap.

Junkyarded..
Got fans, evap, lock knobs.. it was productive. Got a wiper motor for buddies trailblazer. Got home and was sanding the crappy wheels with dremel when it went up in smoke. Finished sanding by hand, then cleaned them down and painted them up. All 4 wheels now look good. Also tossed in the fans and evap.
it's one mirror painting away from being listing.

Yep unfortunately it'll take a new tire as well, since the spring managed to carve right in to the tire. There's far too much thread exposed for me to ever comfortably use it. Sadly things cost a bit more in Canadaland! It makes me cry a tear or two seeing how cheap parts are down south.

That's true Scotty, I plan on moving a bit closer to the border for work at some point so that will definitely be an option later.
