I didnt hit any animals with it today
actually no.. I almost never do reviews.
It's very soft and durable though. In case you are wondering.
This arrived
Rolled past 221 K in the GTP, it stull stumbles on hills. I haven't touched that problem yet I reckon.
Scrapped things clean and applied dielectric grease generously to the battery terminals to hopefully help prevent them from ever coroding again. Got so bad the car was not starting.
Did some of that yesterday on my GTP headlight grounds. It helped.
Also released more whine from my stock airbox by enlarging slots I made previously plus trimmed the duct inside. So the TB's voice has a straight shot at the slots. It worked, see sample vid below for a quick listen. The slots are a little sloppier this time, I used like a 3/8" bit then scraped away the shaggy plastic. Dead center in the pic.

Had a couple of things to deal with on the Audi. I wasn't all for the dash lighting up.
Tire pressure warning: It's gotten colder, I topped them off.
Fuel low light: Gave it a few gallons to get to work and back.
You didn't think I actually had problems did you?
Didn't drive it today
Ha. Zoomzoom lol
Today I gassed up the GTP before running my new fuel pump thirsty and checked air in tires as periodic SOP. Thx for the reminder Bill!
When I came to the gas pumps, a 66 LeMans was there too. So I put the shoe on the other foot and said "Sweet ride, man. Whatcha got in it?". "455" he says... and you know a happy conversation followed. I had a Tempest like it at 15, he said he's had his since he was 14 and looked about my age. Cool car, but dash cam card ain't big enuf so no pic of it. Dark red metallic.
