Correct I was lol
you can heat up bolts with red loctite on them and they will come out easy-er
And you wonder why there's locktite on em :)

i had a top bolt on the right front come out on my old 98 gtp 2 days after i got it. instantly locked up that wheel at 40 mph had traffic backed up for several blocks and smoked the tire.
I didn't do these last so neener neener neener, but blue is going on when I'm done tho lol
Didn't do anything. Wanted to though but had to be on duty earlier than expected. Tommorow I plan on tinting the tails with some smoked vinyl and cleaning the car up

Finished up the monte, turned rotors and new pads for $80 bucks. New control arms, at belle tire for an alignment right now. The pull to the right seems to be gone. I drove out of the drive was and had one of those dumb as hell brackets rub the rotor so i raged and about snapped the ****er off but no more noise now. Glad I'm done working on this lol.
well it will have a few more thing to throw at you
Damn the front camber was out at like -1.5 which is beyond my comfort zone so its an extra 60 for them to fix that so like 150-160 4 wheel alignment lol.
Guessing the struts might need to be slotted because I sure hope your not paying $150-160 for a 4 alignment.

Yep 4 wheel alignment with slotting front struts, actually it came out too 119 because I always come in to them.
Sounds like a good deal to me.
We charge anywhere from 50-100 extra depending on how many struts we have to slot.
I need a couple of those. Just washed GTP, man its humid out but should be clear and sunny Friday. Think I'll wait til then to do anything else, and just go drive it dry now. A guy stopped by the shop asking if I'd sell the GTP today. Told him about Betty, might hear back. Guy mowing across the street hollered "You must like them Grand Prixs!" during my wash job. I said "Reckon so, at least thats what I've ended up with.". "Well, they all look pretty sharp.". "Well, thank ya." Big sloppy Pontiac coupes FTW
Washed her yesterday as well as new motor mounts and stabilizer links. Amazing
Haven't had much time with the car, but I did get the detail work done. Will get some pics but car is looking pretty good. Paint is in bad shape, lots of "crow foot"? -ing all over hood and some on fenders. Looks good from far, but far from good.
Got some pre cut tint. Did one door, then got frustrated when doing the other and tore it off. Yeah, Red...you were right. I'll give this one to the pros. Its really the weather stripping in the doors that pissed me off. I took it off the one door which made it easier but the metal in the stripping was all rusted out at the part that goes down in the door and was a pain to get back on. 2nd door I tried without removing the weatherstrip which led to me ripping off the tint and throwing it across the garage. Oh well.
And has anyone used Liquid Moli oil additive? I was reading up on moly disulfide grease for another project and came across the oil additive on amazon. Everyone raves about it saying it noticeably improves throttle response, engine vibrations and mpgs. Anyways, I ordered a few bottles gonna try it out. Can't see it being anything bit good because that moly disulfide is amazing stuff anyways.
