You probably could, you'd have to know the ID of the smallest pulley you'd want to put on, plus some extra clearance... and you'd have to tell them the depth of the pulley.

Yes, but it might cost you $100 unless they have downtime to fill on a machine.

And you would have to pull the snout off aswell if you went that route.

Not if you find someone with a horizontal or boring machine. In that case it would be easier to have the whole thing together. Using the screw holes in the case to mount it to the machine table.

Hub has to come off, I've got the tool if you wanna "rent" it for a while.
You can do it while it's on the car, but it makes a damn mess. Filings everywhere and it takes forever. Using a cordless drill will get it done in about 2 minutes.

I've actually got both, but it's been so long since I've used the hub plate that I'm not sure where it is. I can probably find it.

I'm not sure I for sure need it, but since you have both, I will pm you when/if I do need it. I started another thread that explains my car's current trouble, and until I get that fixed, I'm not planning on any pulley drops

Right on....I figure if I'm not using them anymore, then someone can.
They're not going anywhere any time soon.

If there is a way we can "sign up" to borrow or rent the snout, I would be interested....

Well, I hadn't really considered it, since when I bought the thing ZZP still did tool rental. It's not entirely out of the question I guess.
