Looks tempting but I don't know about the title.

depends on why it got the "rebuilt" title. Judging by just the pics the front end appears to be factory, at least the headlights do judging by the haze on them. I would seriously question the title thing and give it a huge once-over before even considering it personally.
I wouldn't because rebuilt titles are hard to resale. If you ever needed to liquidate an asset because of an emergency you would almost have to give it away even if it is mechanically sound.
my brother in law bought a 2002 Corvette Z06 with a rebuilt title and loved it. had no issues with the car, and sold it when he needed to. you just need to be aware of why it was given a rebuilt title, take it for a good test drive, have a mechanic look it over real good and then decide if you want it or not.
Yes if they price was right and car was repaired right and drove fine sure.. But not for that price.. Guys on crack.. You can get one without a rebuilt title for that.. Plus it's a n/a. Just beware that salvage cars tend to be harder to sell without having to lower the price quite a bit but if it's something you plan on keeping for awhile i wouldn't worry about that.

Really overcharging. I am fairly certain that is a base model with a few packages added on. Does it have heated seats? Power driver seat? Sure it has a nice radio, but what about the speakers? Definitely doesn't have the heads up display. Also it has hubcaps instead of real wheels.
Rebuilt title and all I wouldn't pay over 3k.
I bought my GTP with a rebuilt title and haven't had any issues. Runs great and drives fine. I have been through the car extensively and haven't found any residual damage. Provided it is repaired well a rebuild is not a bad deal. Just be aware resale value will take a hit. I agree, low ball them and see what happens.
the only way i would buy a car with a rebuilt title is with photos of said damage. the reason behind this is to know if it was in water and all and i do mean all the electronics were replaced. I want to know what parts were used and how much they cost. what if you find out later that they used an a arm that was starting to crack. or bought a used steering rack that is now failing on you. wouldnt you like to know these things first before laying down $1?
You should probably check with your auto insurance company to see if they will insure a salvage title car. Some will and some won't. If you do go for the car, go over it twice and ask questions...
I'm going to stay away from the rebuilt and salvage title cars.
I've almost decided on a car. If you would be so kind as to chime in on this thread, I would appreciate it.

I wouldn't even offer 3000 lol. I could buy a 2004 and gtp for that with no recon title for that much.
