I searched several days ago to diagnose my problem, bad blower fan resistor pack, but am in a time crunch now. Damn power plug going to the blower (red and black) is giving me a heck of a time trying to get it out. Whats the deal with the orange clip? Pull it? Push it? Thanks.

The orange clip was insignificant. There was another clip on the backside holding it on.
