Is this a normal thing? The last few days, I start my car...it starts like normal - rpms doing what they normally do...goes up with the start, then falls to idle...except it keeps going and just stops...no chugging or nothing...just vvrrrrrOOOOOOoooommmmm.dead. Then I turn the key again, and it's all peachy...should I be concerned that my hamsters are dying under the hood or something?

Yes Loopman.. it's totally normal. Stop worrying and go back to whatever you were doing.

Can you hold the idle with the throttle?
Unplug the maf, start car.. keep it running for a min or two. Then release throttle, will the car idle on it's own?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
