A straightforward parts store replacement (~$20) usually works just fine.

Just FYI, it is recommended that when you replace one, you should replace all 3.

    Glad you got it fixed.

since when? ^^^^ Ive done 1 at a time on multiple vehicle, If I get a flat tire or don't replace all 4 just saying......

Most of the time the ICM is corroded under the coils too.

Agreed. Other guy is full of ****. Yea there's thing that "recommended" doesn't mean you have or should do it.

Ignition coils can be replaced separately on the ignition module. But if one coil is bad, it may be a good idea to replace all three on a high mileage engine to prevent similar problems down the road.

Calm down children and don't be so ignorant. =)

Now you cite me your source where it says to NEVER REPLACE ALL YOUR COIL PACKS AT ONCE.

Automotive repair website (and site sponsor) trumps trolls.

    Go lay by your dishes.
