    So I'm driving the car and its decides to stop showing temperature. Any help

    Jiggle the wires on the coolant temp sensor, or pound on the dash.....

    if I turn the car off it move to Max then back to nothing. Where is the sensor on my car

    under the t stat housing in the lim. aka under where the upper hose clamps on the engine.

    ok I see it. the car is way to hot to put my hand there. the car is not showing any code yet. I just had the oil changed on Friday. could they **** anything up

    Ect sensor is probably bad
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    replace the ect still nothing. check the bolt and it keep dropping when temp go up

    I assume you checked coolant level when replacing ect?
