Hi so to start I just completed a xp cam install ported head gen v swap with northstar I have a canned tune from zzp. So the problem is I got everuthing back together and it won't crank the security light on the dash is flashing. And I have no fuel pressure. I tried the security reset procedure with no luck. Can anybody offer a suggestion as to any sensors thay would cause no crank or fuel pressure or what else I should do to reset the security system ... srry for the lack of punctuation I'm tired and don't care lol

Have you checked the basics...like the battery, starter, terminals and ground?

Fuel pressure can still be had with the security light flashing, so you likely have no power to the fuel pump.

That light can disable the injectors though.

For no crank, look at your starter wires.

Do you have the stock PCM?? Just to see if it will fire?

Having a canned tune with those mods isnt a good idea either.

put the stock pcm back in, if it cranks and runs its the pcm needing a case learn maybe.

if you still get nothing, you left a wire off or something somewhere.

ive read that a few guys have trouble with the cable being to tight some times, the cable could be not clipped in right. should be a bit of slack.

the tick could be a lifter that just has not pumped up yet if it hasn't been run to long yet.
