I had a 2 foot pry bar under the alternator with my son pushing the tensioner down. I had a 15mm on the bolt pushing some more. Seems that belt wasn't going on there. Never in my life have I had such an issue with a belt. But if the AC Delco 6K905 is the correct belt I will try again. I think I am going to pick up a tensioner tool. Maybe that will give more leverage. Here is a picture of Matt and I after Matt got inked on his 18th birthday yesterday
