So Thursday after work on my way home listening to the stereo and my ear popped. Thought nothing of it. Fast forward that night. I woke up with dry blood on the pillow. GF's doctor office got me in quick to check. Well doc says i ruptured my ear drum. I told him it was a normal day just on my way home listening to the radio.
My GF is sitting there(she works there) says "his stereo isnt normal" so i told him prolly maybe 140db setup. Thats starts a convo. But in the end im told i shouldnt listen to things so loudly. Sad day. I could of possibly lost hearing in my left ear permantly. So im on day 5 no hearing in left year. I got a maximum healing time of 2 months. So if it dont come back by then its done.

This is much worse than a sunroof. Please take it easy on the new amp and your ear. Get better.

had the same thing happen on the Great barrier reef about 20 meters down. Felt a pencil being jabbed in my ear, and found blood on the pillow after a nap. Thank you Nitrogen narcosis

ive lost my hearing, it sucks, nothing like that in a fish bowl sound now only you can hear.

last bad ear infection i had, i just told people if im not looking you in the face, im not listening to you at all. so get my attention, then talk to me. saying huh? huh? huh? all day sucks, so i just played full blown deaf. its easier that way lol

I got a buddy in Texas working border patrol that translates spanish to english. Completely deaf. You'll be alright. But seriously, keep yourself healthy so it grows back.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

As of now bill that is not an option, per doctor though its healing so I may recover in weeks to a month. Hearing aid to answer the question, then my crazy nurse wife says there some device that they can surgically put in there. I don't like knives.
