You'll need a tune when porting the TB.

Otherwise, you can port the blower and LIM yourself in an afternoon, it's pretty easy. There are tons of threads here on it.

Don't touch the throttle body unless you can do a custom tune.

Just make the triangle on the blower bigger, get rid of the 2 humps.

The intake manifold does not need to touched unless you want to open it up for a intercooler setup.

You do not want to make the triange any bigger, but getting rid of the bolt extensions is good, also gasket matching the LIM is a good idea mine were off over 1/4 inch in some spots with the new gm metal gaskets.

The TB is something you probably wouldn't tackle at home outside of knife edgeing the throttle blade and getting rid of a good chunk of the bar on the blade to open it up, but you can always go with a northstar setup easily if you want.

As well..many of us are sitting on a ton of parts that we'd sell super cheap. I know that I have a Gen 3 M90 and intakes laying around, Intrigue98 and Dtrick do as well...that's just three out of the forum.

Get spares cheap and have fun with them.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Yup, looks like you screwed that blower up.

OP, ZZP does a great job at porting blowers and LIM's.

Well.. Explain HOW I screwed up the blower... Still make 7.5psi... And only see 2* KR at the shift in second... Sounds ok to me...

you should have just put a bevel on the outlet and left it the same size. it's matched to the rotor angles and now you've changed it.

Well what I did was copy intense's port for the top of the triangle and ZZPs for the bottom. I kept the angles the same in the corners. And didn't open up the triangle past the ends of the rotors.

And, now you know why people make fun of Intense's blower port jobs.

Wow, whatever you do do not follow that guy's port job. the only thing you really want to do the the triange near the top is get rid of the little casting burrs on the edge.

You have no data to prove that it works.
