Specs? Hmm... here is some pics though....

For this pic, see the very right part of the outlet that looks like it has a hole... well that was a mess up, dont go past that first hole you will be fine.

Second pic.... inlet. Start by machining out to 78mm... like so....

    Then blend...

    Finished outlet....

    Finally... powdercoated goodness....

so..on the site you gave me he still has the large seperation between the the traingle and bypass area. u have yours entire outlest area flat. it this due to two different superchargers or are they the same and yours works better?

They are the same superchargers. You want to take out that bar so that you optimize surface area of your intercooler. Make it look like the one above with the exception of what i said i went too far on the far right. You will see what im talking about when you look at the stock one.

    Where is it? lol

Im working on one today. Just depends on your tools and skill as to how long it takes. A complete outlet like that was done in 20 minutes with a router. Dremel, not so much lol.

dont take out the H-bar unless your LIM is opened up to match it, intercooler or not.

Not entirely true. The outlet gains are alot especially when you take out the bolt bosses for the "V"

the outlet increases efficiency and decreases outlet temperatures...how can you say it doesnt do anything? you are one messed up dude.

The purpose of porting: Items are ported so that the outlet of item A matches the inlet of item B. Lets say the outlet of the TB looks like O and the inlet of the blower looks like o. You want to open up the inlet of the blower so it looks like O. Any bigger or any smaller and your being inefficient. The moral of the story, you have to make the inlets and outlets match.

Polishing: Polishing (and routing down the outlet of the blower) smooths the rough surface thus reducing turbulence. Turbulence in this case is when air hits a rough surface and switches direction going a different way then intended. Moral of the story, you have to rout down and polish the surface of the outlet just enough so its smooth.

How to port the blower inlet: minichopper6hp detailed exactly how to port the inlet of the blower in the second post of this thread. Match the size of the TB then blend it down so the ridge is eliminated. How much do you take off of the ridge? Just enough so it is eliminated. By ridge i mean the bump you will make by machining the inlet to match.

In addition to porting it you want to fill up the long oval like indent on the bottom of the inlet. You can see a great example of this in minichopper6hp post, Pictures 2 and 3.

Outlet: Flatten down the surface until it is smothe. How much do you take off, enough until its smooth. No measurements are required. Flatten down the bumps on the bottom of the triangle so the material is the same thickness as what you just routed. Take out the H-Bar if you want to, it really isnt necessary untill you have an IC. Its self explanator, dont go deeper then the surface you just routed down or wider then the outlet allready is. Now rout the bottom triangle down so it looks like a complete triangle, not like a weird triangle with bumps on the bottom. If you know what a triangle looks like you can do it.

If you want to go one step further you can rout the lip at the bottom of the triangle a LITTLE bit (its if this helps a ton or not). This is the part below the triangle that is raised up creating the seal between the blower and the LIM. Blend the bottom of the triangle to this area in a round manner not square. Take less then half of the material away (from the survacce facing toward the inlet side of the blower). Take too much, or from the top of the lip and your screwed. You can see the finished job in exploki's post.

What style router bit did you use to remove the outlet bar?
