I'm looking to get a head count on how many would like custom headers made from 2 3/4" stainless tubing..Price would be around 170ish

So how many would buy at this price? All welding will be done by a qualified welder by the way

    that's huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge.

1.75" primaries maybe. even those are pretty big for 'most' builds.

lol yeah 2.75" primaries won't work but it should be fine for the "collector" and dp, then a reducer or something

    Primaries:
    Speed Daddy: 1.5"
    S&S: 1.625
    SLPs: 1.625"
    SAC/XS/DPP: 1.625"
    TOG: 1.625"
    Pacesetters/OBX: 1.625 or 1.75"
    TOG Xtreme: 1.75"
    ZZP: 1.75"
    WBS: 1.75"
    TOG Big Dog: 2.00"

If you did 2" and they fit nice... I might be down.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Will these be bolt in or weld in? Are they going to be knock offs of like the ZZP's or they going to be like the Speed Daddys?

btw, the S&S header design is the best. find a set, copy them with a larger pipe diameter.

If this is going to happen, then I would prob make it an option of weld in or bolt on. I'm still throwing the Idea around. And I don't remember ever making TB adapters lol

    How do you figure?
Stock manifolds are something like 2.25" outer diameter, so 2" inner diameter will seal on the gaskets.

    2" is probably too big.

even a 3" collector is too big for most, which is every set of headers except S&S.

I am interested depending on when payment is due. If it will be a month or so then I'm in. Also depending on final specs

As long as they are bolt on, don't feel like welding, I'd be interested in a set. It's either yours or the speed daddy's on eBay lol
