You'd think this would be common enough to search for "wet passenger footwell" or "body drain", but coming up empty on both counts.

It rained, and I have a lot of water in the passenger footwell. I'm guessing that the body drain is clogged. Usually cars have a small opening in the rocker panel seam that acts to drain water, and which usually gets clogged. Does that drain exit at the seam, or do I need to remove something to get to it?

    thanks.

Not really an easy way to hit the floor pan plug. Just get as much water out as you can and put a fan on it, or door open in sunlight, or whatever.

You can see where the plug is in this pic.
