Given its NA you should be ok with just the Throttlebody, engine harness, alt bracket, and possibly the ICM (coils are the same but I think 01 started using a grounding point on the bottom of the module bracket, look into that).

As long as it is a GP motor you will be fine. If it out of a Bonneville you will need to remove the front mount and front cover as the engine mounts are in different places. Learned that one first hand

Are the Park Avenue and Riviera mounts different as well?
