I band clamp won't go on the front header/crossover slip joint. Every other slip joint they will though.

Finished install (Pacesetters) and wasn't nearly as bad as made out to be. Easy actually, no dip stick issue, no need to take TB off, engine mounts or anything. Just some patience and a steady hand...

Had small tick, my fault, didn't tighten rear header enough. Retightened and all was good. Used band clamps and Copper RTV on the Y fitting/collector and tightened those like crazy!

Seems though that they do come down a bit under car (ground clearance) but its something I didn't pay attention to before ripping out the old stock exhaust. Are they like that or is it just me? Lolz...

The sd's are the only clearance issue headers I know even then, the sink trap don't scrape as much as as the ypipe for my cutout does

im lowered and i have scrapped it once... but it was a bad up hill exit from BK that i took straight on... if i would have taken it on a angle i would have been fine. either way i think when i do my topswap i will find an exhaust shop to replace the flex and remove about 1/2 to 1" of distance off the rear header to raise the U bend.

Cut some of the hangers off to give a little more clearance, still think it looks a bit low, but there's not much room above the collector flange anyway. Here's a pic... lol, I'll get a better pic tomorrow with the sunlight

Accuseal clamps are different than band clamps. I have an Accuseal on my front header/crossover.
