    Hello

I'm new to the form. Just purchaced a 2001 Grand Prix, the change oil soon light was coming on intermittenly so I changed the oil. It now comes on when I start the engine, but goes off after a few minutes. Is this how it is supposed to work? I can find nothing about it in a Haynes manual. Does it have to be reset or something?

lol you're both wrong, but close.

Three times, but not to fast, 5 seconds was more than enough time. It's now working like it is supposed to.

    Thanks a lot guys
