I'm pissed. My car wont be finished another three week or so now because the instructor decided he was taking it out of lab because I missed a few days... i've got about a day left on it and it'll go over for paint and now I have to have perfect attendance for the next two weeks in order to finish one days worth of work and then send it over for paint. Then I have two weeks worth of engine/transmission work to be done before I can drive it. I was hoping to be able to drive it by the beginning of april and now I wont be able to until mid to end of april. But it will still be done in time for the meet in Dells for my birthday and a vacation from this ****ing hellhole of a state

..... also finally got the panel fitted for the driver quarter panel and sent the driver fender over to get jambed and edged......

2 weeks of perfect attendance isn't difficult but I don't know your situation so it could be. Regardless waiting on you to finish this gem.

Well its not that difficult. But working full time and going to school full time, getting up at 7am for class and having to drive 20 mins just to get to class after feeling exhausted from basically working two full time jobs is slowly getting to me. Plus the last three or four times i've missed have been because I didn't have the gas to get there or due to funerals

Understandable I've been there going to college and working 50+ hours a week and usually working on my off day. I get out of class then have maybe 5 mins of spare time then have to head out 45 mins to work..did that for awhile and it killed me.

Yea that's pretty much how I feel. If I wasn't living on my own having to try and pay the bills I wouldn't be as exhausted. For christ sake I work six days a week and most of the time I get called in on my day off... lately i've just been playing black ops II to relieve my stress. I understand why he's trying to pull the car out but he's been hounding me to finish it for weeks now and its like dude... wtf there's only a day, maybe a day and a half left on this thing and you're willing to make it go for two more weeks but when i'm working on it you want it out now......

Finally programed to scan gauge to show kr, it kind of surprised me. At around 3000 rpm, hardly any boost i was getting 3*, also noticed that at a steady 55 mph in tc lockup it will jump to .5, 1.7,1.9* out of no where for a second. I think im getting some false knock as i do have alittle lifter noise and a knocking type sound when you are getting on it between 2500-3000 rpm, that i cant seem to find an answer for. I wont be getting on it anymore till i get a tune. I bought a 3 gauge piller pod today so now just a wideband and a interceptor scan gauge, then HPTuners.

Heres one on a 97-03, only thing different is you'll need to un bolt the MAF from the stock airbox and clamp it between the pipe and filter. Example of setup before paint.

Mind was all different and I only had 2,000 miles on my oil. But thats what city driving does to conventional oil.

^ reasons to not use conventional.

Mobil 1 all day long son.
Jenny, The '99 Silvermist GTP. With the mod's that matter.
I would rather lose by a mile because I built my own car, than lose by an inch, because someone else built it for me. Your car is your story, so don't let someone else write the book.
