Thread: What did you do to your Car today?

Got more than halfway thru demodding the GT and had to sit for a few minutes for a one last thought and said " I cant trade or sell my baby yet" . One hour later ER rockers, and HV3 were both back in. Cleaned a few things while everything was apart and put everything back together. Sat and thought some more about blower whine and features my car dosent have, took a trip to dealer at 2:00.Regal not only looked worse then before exterior wise but when the guy attempted to start it to back it out for me it didnt even start.I said sir screw it im keeping my gem for a bit longer but thanks anyway. On another note i seemed to have fixed 2 little issues while i was attemping the demod so im happy all over again.That was my day.

Filled it with gas.

Dropped it off at the body shop to have the new trunk lid blended and the water leak from the last time it was there fixed. I hope to have it back by Friday

Good stuff, good stuff!

Got my rear strut mounts replaced and let it go a little lower, also put on my mudflaps in the rear, the fronts get done in the next couple of days.

putting in ignition switch, cai, and hopefully my 15 smd led panels for all the way around interrior, i have 6 led push in and there no where as bright as the terrain ones i put in. oh yeah new battery post hook connections.

Put on a new SD air dam. will post pix this afternoon.

What did I do to my car today, why mess with perfection?

Moved exhaust parts from the trunk of one car to the trunk of another.
Hopefully will install them soon.

^^^I have no intntion of repainting the bumper so I went ahead & put the air dam on. My plan is to cover up the bumper scuffs with black jdm band-aid stickers. Why? Cuz I can & it saves me tons of cash.

You scuffed your bumper???

I put on a new intake manifold that's gasket matched and much better looking.

Now you tell me just what the hell "chequing" means...

And last night I had a dream about my car. In the dream, I somehow took it to some other shop to get it aligned again for some reason? And anyway, they were in the process of doing it and I walked out there and it was still daylight and I pointed out the camber bolts.
Next thing I remember is I go out there and the sun has went down, the shop is closing up, and they have taken out the front suspension, left ONE wiring harness hanging from the top of the hood with a few multi-colored wires dangling down. The engine was only hanging on by the trans mount and it was soaked in oil because the oil pan had been busted. I walked inside as they were leaving and said wtf is this? And they just yelled "POSI-CONNECTORS!" (those are what I use when I splice wires lol) and anyways, I woke up all upset cus my car was destroyed...
