Well it won't do shiit now cuz the battery is basically dead.
But when the battery was charged it would start and rev up to 1500 rpms...drop to 500...surge back up to 1500..then die.

I could give it throttle and keep it running but it won't idle on its own.

I put it in the middle of a parking lot so it didn't get crushed by a tree during the hurricane.

I would rather lose by a mile because I built my own car, than lose by an inch, because someone else built it for me. Your car is your story, so don't let someone else write the book.

I removed the wheels and cleaned them up nicely with this: MeguiarsDirect.com: Hot Rims® All Wheel® Cleaner

Then I washed it really well. Had like layers of bugs on the front bumper, it was sad. Probably won't get it perfectly smooth until next claybarring session.

And finally I applied some tire shine to it It's been months since I've cleaned it, it was well deserved. I vowed not to clean it until it stopped breaking

I washed mine today also. It was nice to finally get rid of the nasty 2-tone look.
Had intentions of waxing it again, but I ran out of time.

I'd take my wheels off and clean them but last time I did that, I found a stripped lug (which is still like such). So we've decided to just put new wheel bearings on it. So whenever that happens and I can take them off on my own without the headaches of the stripped lug, I plan on cleaning the wheels again. Hopefully before winter and salt.

you mean a stripped stud?? if your wheel bearings aren't bad, save your money and just replace the studs. they are not permanently attached to the rotating assembly like it appears.

    Yeah the stud, sorry.
I'm not 100% sure on the bearings idea.
As far as I know, its 108k on the originals

well that's up to you. not sure how much the studs are, but i do know you can replace them, so i'd do that first and hold onto your money a little bit longer
