Howdy, SD. Think I'll pull the blown wheel and eyeball the flange then decide. The complete 02 column is just taking up shop space so I guess I'll have to go look at all of it then decide what do do based on looks vs work. That 2-tone 40th wheel has some marks on it.

I just scoped the Rocket thread, so sad. By his username I'd guess there was an Olds 455 in the man's life at some point and to me that means cool. Thats what rockets do, burn bright for a short time then return to earth. RIP
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

A lady actually tried to get in my car one time. I was at a grocery store, had gotten back in the car and went to leave and a lady walked up to the car with a cart, and grabbed the rear drivers door handle to open it. The car was already locked because I had started it and had it in gear ready to back out. After the second try she put her hand over her mouth, like an ah sh!t motion and walked away.

She had no idea I was watching her the whole time behind the tinted windows. LOL

Put my 3.6 on and it made a huge difference. I'm getting around 3* of knock though. I wonder if it's just because I had my PCM unplugged for a few hours and it needs to learn the fuel trims? They are all negative, at -16%. I have tried different injectors, 2 tunes, I have ER rockers, headers, and FWI. I'm at a loss. I had 0 knock all the time with the 3.8 and now I get 1.6* under maybe 40% throttle.

No help with KR but I do have mod jelly-ness.

Speaking of jelly, I feel kinda like a gelatinous blob at the moment. Just found out I must sue to collect on my airbag injury. Send good vibes this way to keep me out of the gun cabinet.

Sounds like a vac. Leak if your trims are pegged at 16. And negative means lean. What do trims do at wot?

    A +16.4 means vacuum leak.

A -16 means the computer is trying to pull away fuel. I'm sure your STFT are kinda high as it's working to reduce the amount of fuel needed.

    Put it in a ditch.

Had to leave for work a little early this morning. Had no idea there was a layer of ice under the dusting of snow we got. I went to make a right off my road and the car just bulldozed itself straight. I was only going about 15 mph and I tried to cut the wheel and pull out of the slide but it wasn't having it. The driver's tire started in and gravity pulled me the rest of the way.

It is a semi deep ditch at the edge of a farmers field. I tried rocking the car to get it out. I got it to move somewhat but the passenger tire just started digging a big rut and there was no way I was getting out without some help.

I called my mom and she gave me a ride to work so I could make the early delivery that I was headed in for in the first place. Once I got back my brother ran me over to the car and we pulled it out with his truck.

Car sustained no damaged, just has some mud buildup in the driver's tire and wheel well.

This actually brings me to small rant though. Why does GM think cars don't need rear tow points? Because of the way the car was stuck it was safer to pull it from the rear to get out without causing damage. There are no rear tow hooks which made doing so a little interesting.

I was able to wrap the strap around the bumper mount and when I pulled it out it came out perfectly in the exhaust cutout, so it all worked out in the end, but without that strap I don't know how we would have pulled it out.
