Thread: What did you do to your Car today?

kept on working on my garage today a bit, building new storage shelves etc.
put away my cleaning supplies too.. i think i need more to fill the cupboard some more

did some KR scans/pulls tonight. i saw ZERO KR off the line floored through the shift and stayed at zero the whole time.

only time i see KR now is if i nail it rolling, at 30, or even 55 or 65 floor it and i see up to 2.2 for a blip or so.

rockers defiantly added some power. and killed off my KR. and the headers are still to go on.

Sounds good Scotty. Still weird to see you modding though lol

there wont be much more of it after the headers and pulley. at least not on this engine.

Going 3.6? Or 3.4 and a tune/plugs?

2.8 or go home!

Turbo or go home lol. Isn't a used turbo setup cheaper than a full 2.8 build?

3.4 pulley, and ive got a loner DHP, so yes tuned. trans is already tuned. best tuning mod so far.

haven't even thought about plugs. what goes well with a 3.4?

606s or you can throw in some 104s and see how it handles.

606 is stock copper right? 104 one range cooler?

Yup

once the pulley gets here and on ill have to see how it goes with the stock iridium's that got like 20,000 miles on them. call em new still.

at least the copper plugs are cheap.

605 is one heat range colder 104 is 2 heat ranges colder

Not always. I have less than $1000 in my setup

Scotty forgets that since he's now modded.. it's has more potential for issues.

Me too.. Modding drove me to both.

rigged my over flow bottle cap that was broken and leaking.

cut the top elbow off, then cut the bottom plastic tube off, then joined the two hoses with the plastic tube, then covered in shrink tube. then cut a V notch in the cap so it would fit around the hose going into the tank.

this is after a trip to my local asshole junk yard. they are no longer there. no more used parts, just new or rebuilt stuff.

Today I bought it some oil change stuff and ordered some Rhino Ramps. I also filled it up with some 87.

Balls I forgot to pickup a oil catch thingy, iv been using a small tote.
