Well I went back out to apply the spray detailer but the damn bugs were starting to come out. Last time I did spray detailer late in the evening I got up the next morning to find a literal layer of bugs over the roof of my car. Don't know if they were attracted to the reflection of the moon or to the scent, but either way, I wasn't dealing with that crap again.

I put zaino on my car over a week ago and once I got done washing it I had bugs all over it for the next few days.

do you have a car cover? think that may help with the bugs. my main problem is dust. since i live were dust run ramped its very hard to keep any car clean for more than 2 mins.

No car cover. And really for a car that is daily driven a car cover is more hassle than it is worth. Not to mention the car cover constantly getting put on and taken off will do more damage to the paint than it just sitting without a cover.

Tried to change the rear o2 today with jack stands under the sub frame, little room and that thing was not coming out of there. I used lots of force and the exhaust sure was getting moved around, but it wouldn't budge. I used heat and penetrating oil, still nothing. I soaked it with aft, ran it to burn it off, and soaked it more which will get burned off tomorrow, maybe it will work its way in. If not I ask my boss to use the oxy/acetylene torch on it like a friend of mine had to do with his impala.

After I got fed up with that, I cleaned all of my grounds again this time using grease on the connections, and I scraped the paint on the frame ground surface which I should have done the first time. I was bored so I also removed the starter and cleaned all of those connections, and made sure my new rebuilt starter was lining up with the flex plate gears correctly. I applied silicone grease (dielectric grease) to some of the wiring harness near the bottom of the car to prevent corrosion, and a few more random things.

Also removed my engine cover and hood liner for the spring/summer. 180 t-stat goes back in soon too. At the same time I'll clean my radiator/condenser out real well by spraying it good with a degreaser and using the garden hose to wash all the dirt out. I have next week off school so more random stuff will continue

That isn't that bad. That's average or even a little below average. I have averaged around 15k miles a year. You are looking to average 11-12k miles a year.

Why the passenger side widow always suck on Grand Prix?

It's super slow on idle and even worse when the car off.

I drove it yesterday, still waiting for money for tires. At least it barely had any miles put on last 6 months.

Cleaned the inside and the windows. Wiped all the door casings and pushed really hard at the rockers to see how weak/strong they were. Put a hole in the passenger rocker with a lot of force. Hmmmm what to do.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
