It depends on what kind of driving you are doing on how hot it gets. If you did a bunch of WOT runs that is pretty normal. If you in stop and go traffic, that is pretty normal. If you are cruising the freeway driving normal, that is pretty high.
Stock it's fairly normal. Mine doesn't see over 180º now
Overheating? No. That temperature will cut your transmission fluid's life in half though. ASE manual says that the optimum transmission fluid temperature is 175*F and for ever 20*F it increases, you cut the transmission fluid life expectancy in half. Mine was running about that hot so I put and Ford Exploder transmission cooler on it. Haven't had the temp go above 173*F since.
I've been driving it with a bad alignment, after the whole rack thing the dude who helped me screwed with the tierod.. Only reason I've been driving it is to get back and fourth to my new job, could the alinement be putting enough stress on it to heat it up like that? I don't drive it crazy I'm actually pretty soft on her .

I can't see a bad alignment causing transmission temps to rise.
my code reader finally made it here, and went and test fitted some snow tires and wheels, then bought them. they leave a lot of wheel gap but f it, they are snow tires. the wheels need some love, tomorrow ill clean them up and plasti dip them.
That wouldn't have an impact on the transmission. The radiator is heating it up to the same(ish) temperature as the engine itself. Like I said, it's not bad for the transmission, but it's bad for the fluid. You'll just have to change the fluid sooner than you would with a cooler...with temps like that I'd change it every 30K or so. My transmission has 230k+ on it, so the closer I keep it to 175, the happier she (and I) will be. Here's the cooler I installed on mine, red hose added 153 Horsepower of course:
