I shapmoo'd the carpets in my GTP today too. I didn't any stains. I only found a pen. LOL It was pretty clean.

Swapped my handlebars on my 650
Drove it to work and back. Filled it's belly with gas. Swapped the ICM and Coils out.
Car needs washed really bad and swept out, but as stated before...it's pointless. All the crevices in the dash and other interior pieces have corn cob dust and misc particles in them...its a mess.
I still haven't done the valve covers yet. Trying to find a window with enough time has been really hard lately. As of now, it's looking like next weekend sometime.
The 2000 is getting spoiled even more this week,
Today
coolant flush, new tstat, and some fresh 10W30
and my 06 was a garage queen for a day
Teh oil cap on 97-03 cars is 10w30, though I thought I've seen a hand full of 03 cars with 5w30.
The crappy cast oil filter housing and lack of the better oil pressure spring thingy that was made for the 04+ cars is the reason for the 10w30.
But in todays day and age, that doesnt even matter anymore, either works just fine, though 5w30 is far better in the cold winter months.
After having the tranny rebuilt in August and a tranny cooler installed at the same time... My sleds tranny crapped the bed again last week.. back to Aamco for a two day stay where they rebuild it AGAIN.... This morning I took my whip and had it detailed.
This evening I traded the money pit in for a 2010 Camaro 2SS... Got tired of all the problems and expense. Now I have a 4 year younger car with more than 100k fewer miles. I was a GXP fanatic but that last break down made me a NON-believer.

Silly aamco.
Starting a maintenance checklist to try and improve the mpg's a bit. It's a short list;
Oil change
Clean air intake filter
Checkspark plug gap
Check for leaks of any kind
I put a cabin ait filter in my GTP and now waiting to get the tires balanced and roated. Also getting the algigment checked.
I also washed it today for the first time since buying it.
Saw a nice Challenger SRT8 I'd like to trade it on.
Wash and wax. I definately like the 97-03 body style better than 04+. But I like the 04+ interior better than the 97-03 interior.
New headlights can really make the whole car look new.
It's got some wax dust and stone chips, still looks good though.
And moisture in taillights, at least they're clear still. I tried to seal them.
Wax on the bumper cover still. (bottom right)
The insides of the rims show pretty well.
