Your signature makes me giggle.. Mine ate a socket today when they were putting the exhaust back on. No clue where it is..
Re: What did you do to your Car today?
Check the subframe, and in between lines/hoses. That is usually where my sockets land. They're always in a position I could NEVER get it in if I ever tried to.
Re: What did you do to your Car today?
im still waiting for my car to cough up the 10 mm socket it ate.
Re: What did you do to your Car today?
I'm getting the tires rotated soon, I'm gonna see if they can fish it out while it's on the lift

LOL it always gives me a good laugh. It's why I keep spares now... can never have to many sockets. I have had friends ask why I have so many, think I'm kidding but when I showed them the tool I found inside when changing the light bulbs they believed me about it eating tools.

My car hasn't ate any sockets. The other day though I broke three 10mm sockets.
Was replacing a rear wheel bearing and one of the bolts would not come out, I couldn't believe I broke three sockets.

Re: What did you do to your Car today?
Wow Matt, I'm jealous. How many miles were on it when you got it?
Re: What did you do to your Car today?
This is the first time it ate them and didn't spit them back out.
Re: What did you do to your Car today?
Put it on pickup truck duty and fit 6 chairs and a 6 ft table in the back and still was able to close the trunk.

Re: What did you do to your Car today?
Dropped the motor mounts at the fabricators shop for hopefully a successful run of lower mounts for the ls4 plat form hopefully I can get them cheaply modified enough to sell them to the ls4 community.

Re: What did you do to your Car today?
Over the weekend I added a trans cooler, did a pan drop/filter change, installed a transgo shift kit, and replaced all the o-rings on those stupid quick connect transmission fittings. Shifts much better now.
