I've used those and the chrome paint comes off eventually. I personally like the silver star "stealth" bulbs. They have a rainbow blueish tiny and light up amber when on, a nice crisp amber too.
Leds are the way to go though![]()
^^ lol, sorry about your troubles been there. The nice thing about replacing engine stuff is that you get to replace it with mods![]()
well since its raining that means its going to be leaking in my car cause i still havnt fixed the leak that im getting through the onstar antenna on my roof -_-
I have had little to have to replace that resulted in mods. Brakes being the only big one. Window regulators 3 of 4 windows. I need a new MAF Sensor (intermittent low voltage code, car runs right tho), and had to replace the LIM gaskets. Otherwise its been a stand up car and very reliable. I just need more fun $$$, GF take most of it so I have little to play with on the car.
It seems I get money and look at fun parts and either something breaks or the GF finds something she needs that is more important than my toying with the car.![]()
My point exactly takes you maybe 30 mins to do or do you just like water stained headliners..Slp

installed 1 rocker panel today, will have pics later.
Bought an electric Sunpro oil pressure gauge for my 97 SE.
Kendra, I got some off autolumination.com for cheap and they held up great. I got another pair off ebay and they have held up great as well. I went the cheapo route cuz I didn't wanna spend $30 on 2 bulbs. They have all been strickly chrome colored tho, not pretty bluish like the silverstars.
I use autolumination too, they have the switchback bulbs which are awesome, they are white when the parking light is on and switch to amber when the turn signal is on. I also use vleds.com for my interior bulbs.
