you can just see the handle of my breaker bar in the lower right, lol all by hand. it popped free real easy this time around.
ive not need to pound one out yet. this one took a few good taps on each side and it fell off. but then again, i just installed this one a year ago. and its a timken. thanks china.
Interesting thought Timkin was supposed to be good, you sending it back for warranty?
Sent from the Milky Way
its swapped already under warranty. and it seems timken suck now, one is good still this one, not such good luck, i blame china parts.
like i said i put this in last april, and now its shot. so if you buy local, you take it off, walk into the store, hand them the old one, they hand to a new one. you walk out with a smile.
funny thing, ive only bought one hub. replaced the right front. then the d/s went bad, so i used the other sides warranty to replace the left side, now im warrantying the free one lol 3 hubs for one, and i still got a year left on the warranty. more mayhem to come? tune in later lol
Do they send you a pre a paid label to send it back or just send you a new one. And whats the turn around time on ths2t process

whole job took just over a hour, with driving to the store to replace it. no labels. i bought it local at autozone. they hand you a new one on the spot.
this is why i buy hubs local. i cant lay my car up waiting for parts to come.
I see extra tools
I think when I do mine I might just get one from Napa so like you said if I need to do it again I dont need to wait weeks for it to go through the rma process.

FWIW using online discounts I got the Moog at Advance Auto. 3 year warranty.
Anyone know of one with a longer or lifetime warranty
