Installed voltage booster. And checked oil is still full after 1000 miles on oil change. Miracle
Drove it in some heavy rain. At least all the salt is washed off.![]()
Picked a friend up to go to a JY to get some parts for his truck, they ended up being closed (earlier on weekends as I didn't know) so it was a pointless hour and a half drive total. Oh well, it needed a good drive anyway. Good news is my tires are holding air perfectly, and no p/s noise yet so it must not be a large leak.
Is that a screw?
hell yeah. you could plug that with out removing the wheel form the car.
i ran over a high heel shoe heel, and it went in my tire, it took 4 plugs to seal it but it sealed.
Looks like
*puts on sunglasses*
you got screwed
Yeahhhhhhh

Yup thats a screw. Happened today.
I hope it can be plugged these tires are pretty new.
buy a tire plug kit, its under 10 bucks. i keep mine in my trunk at all times. never know when you need one.
if you go to a tire shop they will patch it. its a much better repair, but also cost more, as the tire has to come off and then re balanced.
I guess I will try that tomorrow. I should be able to get these tires plugged for me.
its easy.pump the tire up to 60 psi, pull the screw, ream the hole with the reamer, then thread the plug in the tool, push it in till theres a inch of plug sticking out, then pull the tool out. spit helps lube the plug for entry lol
then with a sharp ass new razor cut the plug end shorter so it dont get pulled on.
You don't have like a road hazard warranty on them do you?
