Some will say they don't help at all. It all depends on your mods. If you are only lightly modded then they won't do much for you.

I would run the most expensive ones you can find, like zzp headers, which are like 700.

Here we go again........ post some ****ing proof, and not a random screenshot from Facebook of some random dude with some random mods to his car saying they did nothing, post some ****ing dyno results something. Just saying they do nothing means absolutely dick. I honestly do not understand how headers can do nothing on a platform that it is a well known fact that the stock front manifold is very restrictive.
I look at it this way, when you breath what is easier, breathing through your mouth, through your nose or through one nostril?

Btw my fathers former college roommates cousin was able to triple his horsepower by adding headers........................

Stock manifolds have shown to support 600whp, yet some still claim they are a severe restriction with 200whp. Keep buying that snake oil.

like said above a good set will run about $800. TOG or ZZP stainless, other options are Pacesetters (some leaking issues at collector) or speed daddys from ebay (kinda stainless steel) .

Speed daddies are best bang for the buck. Change a few small pieces and they slide right on

as for tuning there are a couple vendors that offer a box tune. ZZPerformance, and Intense Racing, also Overkill if he responds. if you plan on keeping the car for a while, best bet would be to buy a tuner. Either DHP (discontinued but can still be found) or HPT

How about crank pulley? You could get a sfi balancer with a 10% overdrive.
