I have a 04 grand prix GTP, I'm having problems with my heat. At idle i have little to no heat> i get heat if i rev the engine around 2000 RPMs, So I replaced the thermostat still the same thing.I hear the actuator door opening,the coolant level is good.( i did a coolant flush two months ago) when the car is at normal running temp the top heater core hose is very hot to the touch but the bottom hose is warm to the touch. I'm guessing that means my heater core is clogged and i should get it flushed. Am I right to assume this,or could it be something else. thanks for the help in advance.
