I'm starting this thread to share some of the miscellaneous projects going on in the shop past and present. This stuff is mostly non w-body related, but it still gives you an idea of some of the fabrication and services we offer. I will try to keep this updated for all who are interested!

1969 Camaro Twin Turbo in Progress

Really cool project we are putting together with some top notch parts. Dart LS Next block, Best of the Best 427 rotating assembly, 6 bolt LSx Heads, Twin Gen2 6870 Billet Precisons, Jakes Level 5 4L80e etc etc. This is a crazy in depth project. Shooting to make 1500-1800whp. Still needs a LOT of work, but we chip away a little every day.

-CNC Exhaust Flanges I designed for the quarter panel exit. Most likely will get blacked out with a little trim ring around them.

-Furches Performance Motor Plates; No Mounts (front & mid). Motor is dropped down and set back. 3* driveline angle.

-Schedule 10 304 Stainless Turbo manifolds In Progress

-Cage Work. Stopped after the main and Halo because the interior and exterior are getting a color change before we strike any arcs on the floor plates.

    2013 Camaro ZL1

This car was a pretty mean build that took up most of the winter. The motor is a Built & Darton sleeved 427, Kenne Bell Mammoth Blower, Aeromotive Eliminator In-Tank (converted to a return style fuel system), Kooks Headers with a Furches Performance 3" Stainless Exhaust, Alky Control Progressive System, McCleoud Twin Disc etc etc. The car made 784whp & 741tq through the cats on pump gas!

-Motor going together. Nice clean combination.

-Exhaust was one of my favorite parts of the build. AFAIK there are currently no 3" systems available for the ZL1 due to the rear suspension. We fabricated a complete system from the cats back that utilized the stock mufflers (opened up of course), so the customer could keep the exhaust valves.

It sounded AMAZING in my opinion!

    2001 Porsche Carrera 4

How about an LS swapped AWD Porsche? I know how much Bill likes Germans haha! This is a pretty crazy ongoing project. The car is a still AWD with the OEM Porsche transaxle and a 408ci LS2 based stroker all powered by a Holley HP Efi system. It originally started with a Renegade Hybrids kit, but we wended up having to re-engineer half the kit! Either way, it's almost complete, and a pretty cool combination!

    1982 Ford Fairmont Futura

Hands down one of the funnest projects I have ever worked on. This car was originally my toy, and I had every intention of keeping it, but the right offer came along so off it went to further better the business with additional equipment. I think this project was so much fun because we flat out didnt care what it looked like exterior wise. It had the perfect amount of patina and it was ugly as sin! It ended up getting a low mileage LS1 and a C4 ford transmission with a JW Ultra Bell adapter. I front mounted a giant t6 garret in the grill, Holley hi-ram intake, fender exit exhaust, sumped tank...etc etc.

-Here are a few pictures when it was under construction and we were putting everything together.

-We ended up going to a Holley Hi-Ram for the intake which is a VERY tall manifold. Obviously, the logical thing to do is cut a giant hole then try and rattle can the top of the intake as close to the colors of the car as possible right?? LOL
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YF4yvLf2nT8

-Fuel System was pretty serious to handle E85. -10AN feed -8AN return, Dominator Pump, Fragola Filters etc. Best part is it all got hidden under the bumper

That Fairmont looks like yep- a big wide grin! Thats what its about for me personally, the grin. Nice shop and nice stuff in this thread. I also dug the Porsche. Looks like you all do very clean work and have a good amount of equipment. I work at a shop doing lesser builds, its odd how we posted pic threads within an hour of each other! Mine's over on the off topic forum, I didn't find this one. Anyway- wicked rides. Keep posting!

    1998 Pontiac Trans Am

This is another pretty large scale project. This car originally came to me for some minor adjustments and modifications, and it has slowly snowballed into a full blown deal. Mostly a driver/ show car with enough grunt to back it up. ERL 427 short block, Trick Flow heads, FAST 102, T56 Magnum, Twin Disc, Spohn Suspension, Watts Link, Holley Efi etc etc.

-Few shots of the long block we assembled. Every machined surface was taped off and the block/ heads were shot with a real rich gunmetal color.

-Existing subframe connectors where super junky. We cut them out and bent up our own chromoly units that passed through the plated front floor.

-Completely smoothed engine bay, redone suspension front to back. Spohn Hard Parts, Strano Springs, Koni Struts, Fays2 Watts, Moser 12 Bolt etc

LOL. You would have to work out those details with the customers. I am not in a position to offer rides as much as I would love to.

...My Caprice can be pretty scary though if that would suit your needs!

    1987 Camaro Iroc

We've been building this one on and off for a few weeks. I was waiting on a few build materials that were new releases, but everything it rolling in now! Overall, this package is really killer. 418ci LS3 based stroker, T56 Magnum, Twin Precision 6266 Turbos, Turbosmart Gates, Holley Hi-Ram Intake etc etc. Whole car front to back is Spohn tubular suspension, QA1 coilovers and etc.

I love how clean the setup is coming out. I decided on this exhaust to build a true x-pipe off the turbos using Vibrants new 3" bellows. Nothing to really be had in the sense of power gains, but it sure as hell looks killer! This car will be a street beast when its done!
