I'm very interested u will have a pm Monday for a l32 gen v

Gen 3 or gen 5 available.
Should have a machined manifold in a week.

Im thinking of trying your intercooler sseil...since i cant get my new stage 2 to seal for the life of me and no matter what i do.

Do you have a ZZP/WBS stage 2 intercooler? My intercooler isn't much different. In your earlier post you tried RTV the intercooler directly to the manifold and the supercharger, was that with garlock gaskets also?

You could have a vacuum leak between the 2 plates which come sealed from ZZP/WBS.

You might want to try RTV only without garlock gaskets. Make sure surfaces are ruffed up (scratches give the RTV something to grab) and degreased. Tighten bolts to a low torque and let the RTV Set. Re-torque the bolts after RTV has cured to proper torque.

None intercooled superchargers have 2 surfaces that must seal while this style of intercooler adds 4 more surfaces (6 Total)that must seal.

its a zzp stage 2 gen 3. I used rtv with garlock and it leaked badly. I then made my own using stock gaskets and it still leaked and my ltfts were still at 16.4

Do you have any specs on the temp drops you get from it and any comparison to the zzp and others?

I do not have any specifications on temp drops. My core is aluminum construction; 34 fins per inch, 18 water channels and 5/8 diameter connections. 1/4 inch thinner than ZZP/WBS intercooler cores. ZZP's is 28 fins per inch and WBS is 26 fins per inch.

I'm doing a NIC/L26 build this winter, but I'm thinking tax return time might mean a Gen V/Phenolic IC... I'll let you know how soon I'm ready for one. What's your turn-around like right now?

I make 2 intercoolers at a time, when I sell the second one I order more material. Takes about 7 to 10 days to have 2 more ready. I also try and have 1 manifold ready to go all the time.

I'm just a tad confused. You say the intercoolers are $450 but then you list these..

PRJ aluminum intercooler, 2.125 thick, looks cool but they are preorder only, takes months, and expensive. $925 plus manifold.
ZZP Phenolic intercooler, 2.375 thick, is $850 plus $100 for the manifold.
ZZP Aluminum intercooler, 2.25 thick, is $$650 plus $100 for the manifold
WBS Aluminum intercooler(PCV functional with air breather), 2.25 thick, is $550.00 plus $100 for the manifold


Are those just for reference as to what other companies are asking for prices?
