I drilled and tapped the neck with a fitting yes. You should be able to pick a neck up from any junkyard or try to post up and see if anyone has an extra.

I used 2 brass barbed fitting from autoparts store or Lowe's. They were 1/8" npt. Plastic filler neck is pretty easy to tap.

I have a gen 5 done and machined manifold.

i already have a machined LIM.
so i just need the plates and core, and bolts.

I have Gen 5 bolts and intercooler. Match up your manifold to the outlet of the intercooler and open up to match.

Any available for gen 3? I might be interested in getting one soon.

I dont have any gen 3's currently, can have one ready to ship in 10 days.

Where did you get the material to make your own gaskets from?

This is the stuff:

McMaster-Carr

Unfortunately they still leaked air. I had to RTV the gaskets on both sides to make them seal.

what kind of rtv did you use and how to you spread it on the gaskets? Did you overlay it with ya fingers or just squeezed them out the tube? Im trying to seal my garlocs good. Might as well try that since making my own would still leak.

You can use gray or black RTV. I used gray and smoothed it out with my finger. I made sure it was in the right places.
