1 phenolic PROTOTYPE tapered adapter. Drops end of N* 3/4 of an inch so you don't need inlet turn down. This is not perfect but is functional!!!!

Still have gen 5 to northstar tapered adapter $70 including shipping. (Prototype guaranteed to work.). Had on car for 2 weeks and made another prototype.

Hey do you know if a 2.25 inch I/c would clear an inferno hood without a turn down adapter, perhaps some hood modification instead if necessary?

are you going to update the installation procedures now that the cores come pre sealed so dummies like me don't screw it up? if possible, make the instructions as idiot proof as possible.

Sorry, I have not typed up specific instructions, so here is first pass.
You want to outline with RTV the following

(2) PCV ports
(1) EGR port
(2) O-ring ports
The inlet and outlet of intercooler is bigger than the opening in LIM and supercharger.
It is possible to machine LIM bigger and remove H-bar on supercharger for bigger openings but is not required!
Put RTV on the intercooler inlet and outlet to seal to the supercharger and LIM opening.
I use the RTV in the aerosol can, very easy to control just rip off the black plastic trigger and nozzle (they don't help) and use it like a can of cheese wiz.
Don't bother to clean nozzle when done the extra acts like a cork.

I use froozen boost for FMHE, pump and hoses. You can also use the WBS intercooler install kit.

Hey, Id like to get one of these phenolic gen V cores, what is the process on this? Do you have some already made currently?
