blue smoke is usually oil.

white would be coolant.

black would be over fueling.

how many miles on the car?

if you look between the lim and head, right under the valve cover, if you see a black gasket they are the plastic ones, if you see silver you already have the upgraded gaskets. and should be good to go. gasket wise.


to check the oil for coolant, you just take the dip stick out and look at the oil on the end of it, if its still nice clean oil from the oil change you just did your ok.

but if it looks like milk shake or any other foamy looking crap you got coolant in the oil. and it would be over filled in most cases.
